Note: You’ll need to log into your account before you’re able to delete your account.
When you choose to delete your account, your personal profile, uploaded images, shared videos, posted comments, received reactions, and follower network will be irreversibly eliminated. Alternatively, if you need a temporary respite, you have the option to deactivate your account temporarily. This allows you to step away without permanently losing your account and its contents.
Temporarily deactivate your Triplink account.
If you opt for temporary deactivation, your profile, uploaded photos, posted comments, reviews, and received likes will be concealed until you choose to reactivate your account by logging back in. Account deactivation can only be initiated directly within our app.
It’s important to note that account deactivation is limited to once per two week.
To proceed with this temporary suspension, you must have the capability to log into your account.
To temporarily deactivate your Triplink account:
- Tap on the profile icon located in the bottom bar of the app.
- In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the burger button
, then click Settings 
. - Look for the
Deactivation and deletion account option within the Settings menu and select it. - Click Deactivate account, then click Continue.
Delete your Triplink account.
When you delete your account, all elements associated with it, your profile, uploaded photos, posted comments, posted reviews, received likes, and follower network, will be permanently deleted. Should you prefer a pause rather than a permanent exit, there’s the option to temporarily deactivate your account. This allows you a respite without losing your account data permanently.
Due to security protocols, we are unable to delete accounts on behalf of users. To initiate the deletion process, you must be able to log into your account. This measure ensures that account deletions are secure and initiated by the rightful account holder.
To delete your Triplink account:
- Tap on the profile icon located in the bottom bar of the app.
- In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the burger button , then click Settings .
- Look for the Deactivation and deletion account option within the Settings menu and select it.
- Click Delete account, then click Continue.
Keep in mind
- After your account is deleted, you are free to sign up again with the same username, provided it hasn’t been claimed by a new user on our platform.
- Once you confirm the deletion of your account, the action is immediate, your account and all associated information are permanently erased with no delay. Consequently, you will not be able to recover any of your information.
